    Expanded project summaries, acquisition scorecards, and monthly status updates. No financial documents.

  3. Level 3Verified

    Qualified Investor

    Financial statements, valuation models, capital stack, debt structure, projected cash flow, and DealBook summaries.

  4. Level 4Internal

    Internal Team

    Broker communications, diligence, purchase agreements, LOIs, models, rent rolls, meeting notes, closing checklists, and document upload.
