Our Story
Revitalized Living.
Revitalized Living is a forward-thinking life concept imagined by T. Dorje Immanuel. The premise revolves around a well-managed lifestyle that youth learn as they live.
The concept of work/life balance is reimagined as "life work" — in which the joy of pursuing whatever professional passions interest each person the most is what they get to do. Work is viewed with a sense of appreciation and gratitude for the ability to generate income doing something each person loves.
Couple this with a team of seasoned adults all helping to successfully manage and assist in the lives of the residents. Revitalization includes volunteering, mentoring, community engagement, and eventually sponsorship of new residents.
It's the creation of a family made of youth who have no family — founded on the sense of belonging to something designed to shine positive light into the world. All residents learn the power of motivational speaking and using their talents to empower others.

Every project begins with the land. We design with the climate, topography, and ecology of each site — minimizing footprint, maximizing daylight, and treating energy and water as finite resources from day one.

We specify low-carbon, locally-sourced, and responsibly-harvested materials wherever possible — favoring durability, repairability, and honest finishes over disposable trend cycles.

Interior / Exterior Balance
We dissolve the line between inside and out. Courtyards, porches, operable walls, and shaded thresholds extend living space into the landscape and bring air, light, and greenery deep into every interior.

Edible Landscaping
Our grounds are productive, not just ornamental. Fruit trees, kitchen gardens, pollinator beds, and community orchards turn shared landscape into shared nourishment — beautiful, useful, and alive.

Renewable Energy & Creative Reuse
We tap into solar, geothermal, hydroelectric, and other renewable systems site by site — paired with greywater capture, passive cooling, and creative reuse of existing structures and materials to do more with less.

LEED Platinum as Our Measure
We use LEED Platinum — the highest tier of the U.S. Green Building Council's certification — as the benchmark we design every project against. Not every building will carry the plaque, but every building is measured by the same standard for energy performance, water efficiency, indoor air quality, and material transparency.
